Present: Arthur de la Rosa, Adrian Gomez, Vic Zamora, Adrian Gomez, Teddy Relatos, Rey Santos, Vic Martires, Chris Carreon, Jun Castillo, Francis Sales , Jun Calica
	TOPIC/ISSUE	FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS	ACTION/FOLLOW-UP
I	Call to Order	Regular meeting called to order at 2:30 pm. Arthur De La Rosa’s residence.
	Event updates SBC Grand Reunion II	Basketball Tournament - Problem/issues regarding the player’s schedules for the upcoming SBC vs. Ateneo Tournament discussed and resolved - Ateneo team confirmed participation. Open tournament for the audience to be organized during the basketball game intermission (i.e. shooting tournament)
		Souvenir program (Alumni Directory) – Jun Calica assigned as Coordinator of the project involving the updated electronic directory of the alumni. Alumni contact information (home phone, email address) to be forwarded to: JFCALICA @ aol.com.	Jun Calica to assist in providing promotion and marketing for the Grand Reunion event.
		Meeting participants voted for the electronic alumni directory (database directory section at the website) exclusive to Bedan alumni only, and not as a part of the souvenir program to be given away during the Grand Reunion II; confidentiality issues.
II		Advertising and sponsorship opportunities and rates discussed. Also, discussed were cost and attendance projections, and fund raising opportunities. Golf Tournament updates and issues discussed (venue, attendance, etc.). Adi Dalton Golf Tournament for the SBCAASC (fund raising overview) provided by Rey Santos.	Souvenir program advertising deadline to be provided by Chris Carreon to Vic Zamora. Adrian Gomez to provide Tax ID to Jun Calica for not-for-profit application of the SBCAASC.
IV	Adjournment	Regular meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm.	Upcoming meeting was set for: 5/06/07 at Arthur de la Rosa’s residence, 214 W. Hillcrest Blvd., Monrovia, CA 91016. 5/20/07 (Place to be determined later)
