Program “draft” presented by Chris Carreon for the Grand Reunion II event. Format, contents, amendments, sponsor/advertising and rates reviewed and discussed. |
“Final” draft deadline to be provided next week for printing. |

Golf tournament info and updates provided by Adrian Gomez. |
Vic Zamora to provide registered names for the tournament by the 10th to Adrian Gomez. |

Basketball Tournament (SBC vs. Ateneo) event schedule updates provided by Teddy Relatos. $361 check forwarded to Teddy Relatos for Brookhurst basketball court. |
Teddy Relatos to forward info to Raj regarding liability insurance coverage requirement. |

El Torito dinner event arrangements reviewed. Deadline was set for 5/15/07, on the special rate $500/table for El Torito for 10 persons. |
Chris Carreon to contact referees to officiate the basketball tournament. Chris Carreon assigned in charge of registration/welcome desk for basketball and formal dinner ball. |

Adrian Gomez presented sample T-shirts for sale for the upcoming event, as part of SBCAASC fund raising. |
