Present: Arthur de la Rosa, Jun Castillo, Rey Santos, Adrian Gomez, Chris Carreon, Vic Zamora, Vic Martires, Francis Sales
	TOPIC/ISSUE	FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS	ACTION/FOLLOW-UP
I	Call to Order	Regular meeting called to order at 2:30 pm. Arthur De La Rosa’s residence.
	Event updatesSBC Grand Reunion II	Golf Arthur de la Rosa and Adrian Gomez assigned to coordinate golfers. Adrian Gomez in charge of fund	Gift certificates to be awarded, instead of trophies. Vic Zamora to mail Arthur de la Rosa of the list of registered golfers. Poco Tamondong volunteered for photography. Box lunches to be coordinated by Arthur with Raj.
		Reception/Registration Vic Zamora and Adrian Gomez to be in charge reception/registration (5-10pm)	Jun Dalton to provide food, Adrian Gomez to provide drinks.
		Transportation of players Ramon Constantino assigned to rent 2 vans.	Drivers needed for the van.
		Picnic Ramon Constantino and Francis Sales in charge of picnic. Ramon Constantino to provide 2 tables, and storage. 10 chairs to be provided by Vic Martires	Potluck and food assignment: $200 worth of food to be brought by Ramon Constantino Tray of pancit and fried chicken – Francis Sales Drinks – Adrian Gomez Ice/water – Chris Carreon Plates and utensils – Arthur de la Rosa Rice – Vic Martires
		Basketball Chris Carreon and Francis Sales assigned to ticket sales desk and sale of refreshments.Rey Santos and Jun Castillo assigned to “palaro” event.All SBCAASC officers in charge of security. Adrian Gomez to provide karaoke machine, as sound system.	Basketball program format: 1^st game (SBC local vs. visiting) Palaro (3 point shootout during intermission) 2^nd game (SBC vs. Ateneo) Palaro (1/2 court game during half-time)
		El Torito Adrian Gomez in charge of arrangement with El Torito.Chris Carreon in charge of gate and collection	Vic Zamora to print map for directions, from basketball site to El Torito. Adrian Gomez to arrange for credit card payments. Vic Zamora to coordinate with Albert Almendralejo for the introduction/program.
		Sunday Mass Jun Castillo in charge of the venue.
		Bedan Conference Adrian Gomez in charge of the venue.	Everybody should wear the white SBC T-shirt and ID tag; obtained from paid registration.
		Red & White Ball Adrian Gomez in charge of the venue.Chris Carreon, Francis Sales, Adrian Gomez, and Vic Zamora in charge of the gate.Vic Zamora in charge of the program.Adrian Gomez in charge of the Silent auction.	Formal attire. Arthur de la Rosa to forward message for program to Vic Zamora.
IV	Adjournment	Regular meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm.	Upcoming meeting was set for 6/17/07 at Arthur de la Rosa's residence, 214 W. Hillcrest Blvd., Monrovia, CA 91016.
