Call to Order |
Regular meeting called to order at 5:50 pm. Vic Zamora’s residence. |

SBCAASC International Grand Reunion II |
Acknowledgement made to participants, sponsors, and officers for the successful completion of the SBCAASC International Grand Reunion II event. Reviewed event, operations, and performed accounting audits. Presentation and audit documentations provided by Adrian Gomez and Vic Zamora. |
Proceeds from the Grand Reunion event, $3K, will be donated to Fr. Tarsi’s Taytay project - Althlete’s quarters, as unanimously voted for by the board. Other proceeds will be earmarked for later/other projects. Jun Castillo assigned to personally deliver the check to Fr. Tarsi. |

Golf Tournament |
Upcoming project will be chaired by Rey Santos, and supported by Arthur de la Rosa, Teddy Relatos, and Chris Carreon; in memory of Adi Dalton. |
Fund raising proceeds will be for SBCAASC projects. |
