The San Beda Red Lions defeated the Mapua Cardinals, 74-64, while the Letran Knights defeated the JRU Heavy Bombers, 70-61, to set the best of three championship series. The San Beda Red Cubs defeated the Letran Squires, 96-86, to force another game to determine the opponents of the San Sebastian Staglets, who defeated the JRU Light Bombers, 85-74, for the junior title series.
